Rajma kebab instructions
- Soak kidney beans overnight in water and pressure cook them with a little salt in water for 3-4 whistles..
- Heat oil in pan and add ginger garlic paste..
- Saute for a minute then add onion and capsicum saute for few minutes till soft. Add mashed kidney beans with potato and all spices..
- Keep aside for 10 minutes and let it cool down to room temperature..
- Make round or oval shaped Tillis and roll them in bread crumbs..
- Shallow fry them till crisp..
