- You need 14-15 of bread slices.

- It's 1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves.

Dahi kebab step by step
- In a bowl add hung curd, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, grated carrot, mashed paneer, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix well..
- Now take a bread slice. Cut it's brown sides and flatten the left bread with roti roller. Now put 1 tbps curd stuffing and roll the bread slice and close by applying very little water on sides..
- Now in a pan add oil to fry these kebab and once bread turns golden brown take them out..
- Now in a mixer add 1 tbps curd, chopped coriander,ginger, half onion salt as per taste and red chilli powder as per taste and grind the mixture to a chutney consistency..
- Kebab are ready to serve with this chutney.
