  2. First of take lukewarm milk in a mixing bowl. Add sugar into it and dissolve it completely. Further add into it Instant activated yeast and set it aside to ferment for 10 minutes..
  3. After fermentation to yeast is done add into it All-purpose flour, milk powder and salt and mix them all well with help of wooden spoon..
  4. Now take dough on work area and knead it well with help of palms for at least 10 minutes. You do this process using electric beater with bread nozzle on it. Add water if dough seems to be dry. Knead it so as to transform sticky dough to smooth and not so tight dough..
  5. After dough is form add into it butter and mix it into dough by kneading it for few more minutes. Than place the dough in butter greased bowl for proofing for an hour or two in a humid place..
  6. Proofing might take less or more depending upon weather. Hot climate may take less time to proof that chilled climate..
  7. After dough proof's and doubles in size take it on working floor and puncher it. Knead it for few more minutes..
  8. Grease a bread loaf tin well with butter from all the sides. Place the dough by giving it shape of tin and let it proof for another 40 to 50 minutes..
  9. After dough proofs for second time than brush it with milk so as to give beautiful color to bread while baking. Bake it in preheated Oven and baking it at 180°c for 20 to 25 minutes or in large kadhai/pot with layer of salt, stand to increase height and lid to cover while baking..
  10. After bread is baked immediately apply butter on to it and cover it with dame cloth and cool it completely before slicing it. Further slice it and make delicious sandwich or toast or in recipe of your choice..
