- You need 1 Cup of Soya Chunks.
- You need 1.5 of Onion.
- Prepare As needed of Some Dhaniya Leaves.
- Prepare 1 inch of Ginger.
- Prepare 6-7 of Garlic Cloves.
- It's 2-3 of Green Chillies.
- Prepare 2 Table Spoon of Maida.

- You need 1/2 Tea Spoon of Haldi Powder.
- You need 1 Tea Spoon of Amchoor Powder.

- Prepare 1 Tea Spoon of Roasted Jeera Powder.

Veg Soya Seekh Kebab step by step
- Soak Soya Chunks in boiling water for 15-20 minutes..
- Grind Onions, Dhaniya Leaves, Ginger, Garlic Cloves, Green Chillies finely into mixture in a mixer grinder without adding water..
- Now after 15-20 minutes, squeeze out all the water from soya chunks & grind them with onion mixture finely into mixture..
- Now take a bowl, add mixture in it with spices mix & 1/2 Teaspoon Kewara Water or essence & mix them properly..
- Then add 2 Table Spoon Maida & 2 Table Spoon or 3 Table Spoon Besan in it & mix them properly..
- Now to give a shape of kebab, take long Skewers & apply some mixture on them & give them a roll shape..
- If you don’t have skewers, do that same process on a pencil or you can give them a shape of cutlet..
- Now take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
- When oil gets heated up, add mixture rolls in it & fry them till they turn into golden brown in colour or bubbles start disappearing from oil..
- After 3-4 minutes, when bubbles disappear from oil, turn off the gas & take them out in a plate..
- Your Veg Soya Seek Kebab are ready to be served..
