Ingredients of Hara Bhara Kebabs

  1. You need 2 cups of blanched and finely chopped palak, without any moisture.
  2. You need 2 of boiled and mashed shakarkand.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of bhune chane ka powder.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of finely chopped ginger and green chillies.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of pudina powder.
  7. It's 1 tbsp of chaat masala.
  8. It's Pinch of elaichi powder.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 8-10 of kaju halves.
  11. It's 2 tbsp of ghee for roasting the kebabs.
  12. It's 1 bunch of coriander leaves for garnishing.

Hara Bhara Kebabs instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine together chopped palak, shakarkand, chane ka powder, ginger green chillies, coriander, half of chaat masala, pudina powder, elaichi powder and salt, mix them well with your hands.
  2. It will become like a dough.
  3. Now heat a pan on low heat and grease it with little ghee.
  4. Now make equal sized balls from the dough.
  5. Flatten each ball a little, giving it a shape of a kebab and stick one kaju half on it.
  6. In this way make all the kebabs.
  7. Now place the kebabs, one by one in the hot pan, roast 3 - 4 kebabs at one time.
  8. Brush some ghee on the kebabs.
  9. When they become light brown from one side then flip them over to another side.
  10. Again brush some ghee on them and roast them, until they become light brown from the other side too.
  11. When they are done, take them out in a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala on top, serve with green chutney and garnish with bunch of coriander leaves.
