Ingredients of Hara Bhara Kebabs
- You need 2 cups of blanched and finely chopped palak, without any moisture.
- You need 2 of boiled and mashed shakarkand.
- You need 2 tbsp of bhune chane ka powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of finely chopped ginger and green chillies.
- You need 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
- It's 1 tbsp of pudina powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of chaat masala.
- It's Pinch of elaichi powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 8-10 of kaju halves.
- It's 2 tbsp of ghee for roasting the kebabs.
- It's 1 bunch of coriander leaves for garnishing.
Hara Bhara Kebabs instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine together chopped palak, shakarkand, chane ka powder, ginger green chillies, coriander, half of chaat masala, pudina powder, elaichi powder and salt, mix them well with your hands.
- It will become like a dough.
- Now heat a pan on low heat and grease it with little ghee.
- Now make equal sized balls from the dough.
- Flatten each ball a little, giving it a shape of a kebab and stick one kaju half on it.
- In this way make all the kebabs.
- Now place the kebabs, one by one in the hot pan, roast 3 - 4 kebabs at one time.
- Brush some ghee on the kebabs.
- When they become light brown from one side then flip them over to another side.
- Again brush some ghee on them and roast them, until they become light brown from the other side too.
- When they are done, take them out in a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala on top, serve with green chutney and garnish with bunch of coriander leaves.
