- You need 150 gms of soya.
- You need 2 tsp of maida/ all purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- You need 4 of green chilli.
- You need 6 of peeled garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped mint leaves.
- It's 3 tsp of bread crumbs.
- It's 1 cup of chopped onion.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.

- Take container pour water boil once water get bubbling add soya chunks,salt leave 2 min then strain water keep a side,p late ingredients ready to blend.
- Take out siya blend into a bowl add onions,salt,maida,bread crums,remeaning all all spice powders add it make nice dough take small amount of dough give shape on it.
- Leave into oil fri well once it get golden colour take out serve with tomato sauce.
