- Blanch the spinach, put it in the ice cold water, squeeze & grind to make a fine puree by adding little water..
- Heat ghee/butter in a kadai. Add cumin seeds & crushed coriander seeds. Add finely chopped onions, garlic & saute till they turn translucent. Add green chillies, gram flour & turmeric powder. Cook till the onions turn light golden brown..
- Add blanched spinach puree, water, salt, garam masala & kasoori methi. Cook for 3-4 minutes..
- Take a small pan, add ghee, cumin seeds, dry red chillies & garlic slices. Cook till it turns light golden. Add sesame seeds, mix well & pour over the Lasooni Palak. Mix well& cook for another one minute. Lasooni Palak is ready to serve..
