  1. You need 360 grams of Wheat flour.
  2. It's 5 of Fully riped tomato.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.

These perfectly made puris not only puff up well but also don't soak up much. wheat flour. however, aloo ki poori is prepared with the combination of wheat flour and boiled mashed potatoes to form a smooth dough. more importantly, aloo ki puri can be served as it is without and supplement curries. whenever, i feel bored with the traditional pooris, i try these soft and crunchy aloo.   1. Wash and cut in small peace and grind 5 tomato and garlic, ginger, green chilli, cumin seed 1 tbsp salt to taste in a mixie jar without adding water. Grind it to make a smooth puree..
  2. In a big bowl mix wheat flour, 1 tbsp oil, and coriander leaves..
  3. Now add tomato puree in the wheat flour mixture and make a medium stiff dough. Add few tsp of water if needed..
  4. Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes..
  5. Now make small balls from the dough and dust with flour and roll to make medium thick pori..
  6. Heat oil, in a deep pan and gently slide the poori in the hot oil..
  7. After adding in the oil, reduce the heat to medium and gently press the poori from one side with a slotted spoon, it's helps to puff up the poori..
  8. Fry from both the sides till golden in colour, remove from the pan and drain on a paper napkin..
  9. Serve hot or cold..
