Ingredients of Shami Kebabs by my Mom

  1. You need 500 Grams of Chicken Mince.
  2. It's 1/2 Cup of Chana dal (chickpea).
  3. It's 1 of Ginger - Medium Size.
  4. Prepare 6 of Garlic.
  5. You need 5 of Green Chillies.
  6. Prepare 1 of Onion - Medium Size.
  7. It's 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds.
  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
  9. You need To taste of salt.
  10. It's 1/2 cup of Fresh mint & coriander.
  11. You need 1/4th teaspoon of Black pepper.
  12. It's 2-3 of Egg.
  13. It's 1/2 cup of oil.

Shami Kebabs by my Mom step by step

  1. Boil all the mentioned ingredients in one cup water.
  2. Let the ingredients soak the water completely and base become dry, grind it in the mixture grinder.
  3. Now add roasted cumin seeds & coriander seeds, coriander & mint - half cup, salt & garam masala powder, black pepper.
  4. Mix all of them well, make a small kebabs tikya in a proper round shape with the help of your hands and dip it in the egg. Shallow fry on the tawa with half cup oil.
  5. Serve the ready Shami Kebabs with green chutney, onion & cucumber salad.
