Ingredients of Shami Kebabs by my Mom
- You need 500 Grams of Chicken Mince.
- It's 1/2 Cup of Chana dal (chickpea).
- It's 1 of Ginger - Medium Size.
- Prepare 6 of Garlic.
- You need 5 of Green Chillies.
- Prepare 1 of Onion - Medium Size.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
- You need To taste of salt.
- It's 1/2 cup of Fresh mint & coriander.
- You need 1/4th teaspoon of Black pepper.
- It's 2-3 of Egg.
- It's 1/2 cup of oil.
Shami Kebabs by my Mom step by step
- Boil all the mentioned ingredients in one cup water.
- Let the ingredients soak the water completely and base become dry, grind it in the mixture grinder.
- Now add roasted cumin seeds & coriander seeds, coriander & mint - half cup, salt & garam masala powder, black pepper.
- Mix all of them well, make a small kebabs tikya in a proper round shape with the help of your hands and dip it in the egg. Shallow fry on the tawa with half cup oil.
- Serve the ready Shami Kebabs with green chutney, onion & cucumber salad.
