- You need 3 pieces of boiled sweet potatoes.
- It's 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of finely chopped ginger and green chillies.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of peanut and sesame powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of bhune chane ka powder / roasted gram flour.
- It's 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- It's 1/2 tsp of amchur powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil for roasting the kebabs.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chopped coriander for garnishing.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chaat masala for garnishing.

- Combine all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl like boiled sweet potatoes, chopped coriander, chopped ginger and green chillies, peanut and sesame powder, bhune chane ka powder, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt.
- Mix them well with a fork, the mixture will become like a dough.
- Make equal sized balls from the dough, flatten each ball in your palm. Heat oil in a pan, on low heat, and place the kebabs in the pan. Roast them on low heat, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes light brown from both the sides..
