- You need 1 Cup of black Chana.
- It's 1/4 cup of Chana Dal.
- It's 1 of onion.
- Prepare 4 (5 cloves) of garlic.
- You need 1/2" of ginger.
- It's 1 teaspoon of tandoori Masala.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of bhuna jeera powder.
- It's to salt of Salt.
- It's as needed of Bread crumbs.
- Prepare 1tablespoon of Coriander leaves.
Veg Shammi Kebabs step by step
- Soak Black Chana and Chana Dal together for atleast 3 to 4 hours..
- Now put this dal into pressure cooker. Along with it goes onions,garlic,ginger. Put little water into it. Don't put much water..
- Now put the cover and pressure cook it. Atleast 5 6 whistles..
- Now strain the mixture..
- Now grind this mixture. Don't add water to it..
- Now add all the masalas into it..
- Also add bread crumbs and coriander leaves..
- Mix the mixture well..
- Give the shape of kebabs. And keep it in fridge for half an hour..
- Now u can shallow fry these kebabs..
- Serve them hot with mint chutney..
