- Prepare 1 of Onion (chopped).

- Take a bowl add the minced meat with all the ingredients except oil.
- Mix all properly.
- Keep to marinate for 2 or 3 hours in the fridge,remove and oblong size attach to the Kebab stick.
- Heat a non stick pan,add ghee and cook the Kebab 2 sided.
