  1. You need 1/2 cup of boiled and shredded chicken🍗.
  2. Prepare 2 cups of Palak blanched.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of green peas.
  4. Prepare 2 of boiled potatoes🥔.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of coriander leaves.
  6. You need 2 tsp of mint leaves.
  7. It's 2 of green chillies.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  9. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  10. It's 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of amchur powder.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
  13. It's As needed of Bread crumbs for coating.
  14. You need to taste of Salt.
  15. You need of Some Oil for frying.

Chicken Hara Bhara Kebab step by step

  1. Clean, wash and blanch the palak, peas and set aside..
  2. Boil and mash the potatoes and set aside. Boil and shred the chicken..
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute for sometime..
  4. Then add the palak, peas, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and salt and saute till all the moisture disappears and the mixture becomes dry. Cool the mixture.
  5. Once the mixture is cooled, grind the mixture into a paste.(the mixture need not be too smooth or too rough).
  6. Then add this mixture to mashed potatoes and shredded chicken along with all the powdered spices. Mix well..
  7. Once the mixture is combined well, divide the mixture into equal parts and form into round tikkis or kebabs..
  8. Then coat the tikkis with breadcrumbs and shallow fry the tikkis till crisp and golden brown..
  9. Serve the tikkis or kebabs with green chutney or tomato sauce..
  10. Note: Vegetarians can make this kebabs without the chicken. They can substitute it with paneer.
  11. The kebab can also be deep fried..
