- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 2 cup of water.

- Mix flour with chena.Knead it nicely.Make soft dough.
- Make chocolate ganach by adding cream with chocolate compound. Keep it in the refrigerator. Divide the ganach and chena. Make sugar syrup by adding 1 cup sugar in two cup of water. Place chocolate ganach in centre of chena. And shape it round. Cook for 20 minutes in boiling sugar syrup. First 10 minutes with lid in high flame and afterwards cook it in medium flame without lid..
