- It's 1 cup of Besan.
- Prepare 1 cup of Sooji.
- It's 1tsp of Haldi.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli.
- You need 1tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- It's 1tsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Eno.
- It's 1 cup of Curd.
- Prepare 4 of Green chillies.

Breakfast Dhokla recipe step by step
- Add besan and sooji in a bowl now add curd..
- Add salt turmeric in it and mix it now, take a tadka pan add mustard seeds, red chilli powder and green chilli..
- Now pour this tadka in a besan and suji batter and mix it well..
- Now add eno if you want to add baking powder you can use it (1tsp) mix it well..
- Now take a kadahi add 1/5 cup water in it put steel ring rack for base, I have put mini steel stand and now put the batter pan on it now cover the lid and cook for 40 minutes..
- Now for tempering take a tadka pan add mustard seeds, red chilli whole and powder both fry it after 40 minutes. Let it cool for sometime..
- And cut it into pieces now pour the ready tadka on it, you can also demould it and transfer it in a serving plate and pour the ready tadka on it. Grate coconut and serve it..
