Ingredients of Arbi ke kebab

  1. It's 1/2 kg of arbi or taro roots.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of ragi flour.
  3. It's 1+1/2 tbsp of Amarnath flour.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of almond powder/ ground almonds + 3 tbsp extra for coating.
  5. You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  9. It's 1/4 tsp of amchur powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  11. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  12. You need of Oil to shallow fry.
  13. You need of Water to boil.

  1. Wash the arbi well and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles just as we boil potatoes. Then remove the skin carefully. Thereafter mash the boiled arbi with a potato masher..

  4. Now heat a tawa or griddle preferably non stick. Grease with oil and shallow fry the kebabs. Cook it properly from each side till nice and golden. Serve with mint-coriannder chutney. Enjoy....
