- It's 1/2 kg of arbi or taro roots.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ragi flour.
- It's 1+1/2 tbsp of Amarnath flour.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of almond powder/ ground almonds + 3 tbsp extra for coating.
- You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of amchur powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
