- It's 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper.
- You need 1/4 cup of green peas.

- It's 1/2 cup of grated cottage cheese (paneer).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes.

Veg Harabhara kebab step by step
- In a pan first heat half tablespoon of oil then add chopped onions and green chilli.saute for a minute..
- Then add all the green veggies and saute untill the veggies starts releasing water..
- Now add some salt to it and cover it up & cook it up on low to medium flame until the veggies get cooked..
- Once the veggies are cooked switched off the flame and let the veggies cool down a bit..
- Now transfer the veggie mixture to a mixer grinder jar and make a smooth paste out of it, without adding water..
- Now pour this mixture on a plate and add grated paneer,cumin powder,mashed potatoes, chat masala,some salt as per your taste, gram flour & mix it well..
- Take a small ball like portion from the mixture and make a flat shaped kebab out of it. Stuff few chopped cashew nuts inside those kebabs..
- Now roll those kebabs lightly on breadcrumbs one by one..
- Finally on a flat tawa add 2 tablespoon of oil & shallow fry the kebabs. Harabhara kebabs are ready to be served. Serve it with your kid's favorite dipping sauce..
