- Take the soaked soya granules and squeeze out any water that is left..
- Wash chanadal, take soya granules and cook with all the remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker. After one whistles, lower the flame and simmer for 15 minutes..
- Take cooled chanadal,whole spices,Soya chunks, grind a coarse paste..
- Add coriander leaf chopped in kabab mixture or paste..
- Now apply some oil in your palm..
- Take a hot pan, and put 1/2 cup oil..
- Put one by one kabab in a frying pan..
- Shallow fry it on the medium flame from both the sides till it turns into golden brown color..
