Chicken Shami kebab step by step
- First of all in pressure cooker add cubed chicken,chana dal,ginger,garlic,all the whole spices,2 tsp oil and 1 tsp of salt and 1 cup of water,cover the lid and pressure cooker till 3- 4 whistle..
- Now when all the gas got released from cooker, open the lid and check if there is some water rest then on high flame evaporate all the water, keep stirring so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom..
- Now after the mixture gets cold, transfer the mixture into blender and blend it fine (dry).Then chop green chilies,coriander leaves and onion in copper or fine chop by knife..
- After that in big bowl add chopped onion,green chillies,coriander leaves and blended mixture of chicken,egg,lime juice,adjust salt to taste mix it well and make small small ball to shape in round patty..
- Then in a pan pour oil heat it and fry the shami kebab on medium heat..
- Finally our Shami Kebab is ready to serve hot with some mint chutney and onion..
