- You need 1 of Shakarkand / Sweet Potatoes Boiled and mashed.
- You need 1 of Onions Finely Chopped.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of Refined Flour / Maida.

- Prepare As needed of Oil to Deep Fry.

Kebab-e-shakarkand step by step
- In a bowl take the mashed sweet potatoes and add the onions, capsicums, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt according to taste and mix well..
- Now add the the refined flour / maida for binding, you can use some water if required, let the the kebab mixture rest for 15-20 mins in refrigerator. Your Kebab mixture is ready to deep-fry..
