- Prepare 500 gms of boneless chicken.
- You need 2 of large potatoes.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 5 of green chillies.
- You need 1/4 cup of sweet corn boiled.
- You need 2 tbsp of maida.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk/ chicken stock.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1-2 tsp of pepper.

- Boil the chicken along with roughly chopped potatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt and little water. Dry out all the water. Let it cool..
- Prepare white sauce: Melt butter in a pan. Add the maida and roast till the raw smell goes away. Add salt, pepper and cold milk/ stock. Keep stirring till the mixture is lump free, smooth and thick. Switch off flame and cool it down..
