- You need 1 pinch of Red food colour.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Salt.
- It's 1/2 of lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 of Green chilli chopped,1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, handful curry leaves.
- Prepare as required of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
- You need as needed of Oil for cooking.
Instant Kadai chicken recipe step by step
- Take a Kadai add oil let it heat on medium flame then add in the cumin seeds then immediately add pieces of chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt and fry for a minute..
- Add in all spices turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, curry leaves, green chilli, red food colour mix everything well..
- Add a 1/2 cup of water then add lime juice keep it on low flame covered for 5 minutes (see the chicken if it’s soft fresh chicken and breast chicken cooking timings may vary)..
- And it’s ready fry till it’s dry and garnish it with coriander leaves.enjoy it with white rice or chapati.
