Seekh kebab step by step
- In a pressure pan put kemaa,& all written 8 things for boiling,add 1 cup of water..
- Let it boil 15 miniutes..
- After that remove it from the flame..
- Remove Bay leaf,put all things in the mixture griender.make fine paste..
- Take it out from the jar..
- Now add other spices accept butter..
- Mix all things very well..
- Now take squwers wet them all 30 miniutes.now take small portion of kemaa,spread it on squwers,make all squwers like that..
- Heat a pan sprinkle ghee,put all squwers in it on slow flame..
- Roast it all sides, golden..
- Remove it from the flame..
- Serve it with chuteny & onion rings..
- It can be have any time with laccha parantha or like a snacks..
