  1. Sieve the chickpea flour, mix ghee and peanut oil together and heat it in slow flame..
  2. Melt rock sugar in water till one string consistency..
  3. Then add chickpea flour gradually..
  4. When the mixture becomes frothy then shift it in a greased bowl..
  5. Keep stirring the mixture and add the hot ghee in 3 to 4 batches..
  6. After 5 mins give cuts using knife..
  7. And wait until comes to room temperature then take out the pieces..
