- You need 200 gm of kamal kakadi.
- Prepare 3 of Potato medium size.
- You need 2-3 of green chilli chopped.
- You need 2 teaspoon of chaat masala.
- It's 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander leaves chopped.
- You need 2 table spoon of roasted chanadal powder.
- You need 1 table spoon of ginger grated.
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need of oil to shallow fry.

- Wash to kamal kakadi under running water whenever all mud is removed.
- Peel the kamal kakadi & put it to the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water 2 whistles are sufficient for boiling.
- Meanwhile grate the ginger,finely chop the chilli & coriander leaves.
- Boil the potatoes as well.
- Roast the kamal kakadi on direct flame.
- Grate the kamal kakadi & potatoes mix it.
- Take a bowl add all the spices,roasted chana dal potatoes &grate kamal kakadi mix it well.
- Take a shallow pan heat sufficient oil into the pan keep the flame at low.
- After then add a few kababs into the pan & shallow fry till both sides gets golden brown.
- Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
- Serve it with green & red chutney.
