- For jajariya premix.
- In pan heat ghee,add grated or finely grinded indian corn, slowly roasted for 1/2 hour until loses of its moisture and assumes a dry granular form stored it for 6 months.
- For jajariya or corn kheer,in pan heat ghee add 1 cup jajariya premix and roast for 2-3minutes add milk,cook until one boil add sugar,cook 10 -12 minutes until jajariya have thick consistency,add cardamon powder, mix it well,.
- Transfer it into serving bowl, garnished with almonds.
